This should be a four but...Okay first of all Hope's Cookies are some of the best cookies around! now with that being said it's a timing thing when you go get these cookies. if you get them early they are the best. if you are getting them in the afternoon you getting what you pay for. Not so fresh!

Make sure you do your research bc if you order online you will not get any discounts on shipping and it takes long for local deliveries. The online store and actual store are not connected. I’m sorry but that is not good business in my opinion. The business should have their own trucks for local deliveries and only use UPS for out of state ones. I think the two businesses need to start communicating.

I was honestly disappointed. I tried the peanut butter cup ice cream, and it was gritty, not creamy. Others that visited with me were not satisfied either. One got a scoop of mint chocolate chip and found a peanut butter cup in it. Another got birthday cake and found a blob of mint chocolate chip in her scoop. Also, be prepared for limited parking. Hope's also shares their building (and therefore bathroom and tables) with Snap Pizza. It is a very tight squeeze and impossible not to be in the way constantly. I will say the two working behind the counter did a great job of moving everyone along and serving as quickly as possible. All in all, though, I think I'll try somewhere else next time.

We had gone out to dinner and wanted to find a little something for dessert to bring home. Hope’s Cookies was open late and on the way. Not much to say. Cookies were really tasty. A bit pricey, but delicious. I went with a chocolate chip and I think the snickerdoodle. Had that good chewiness I like in a soft cookie.

I seem to recall this place being a West Coast Video a looong time ago. The food has improved immeasurably. Fantastic service, fantastic cookies, fantastic decision.
